As a leading supplier of fabricated rubber products, we are pleased to announce that we have recently added rotary die cutting to our production capabilities. This new manufacturing process allows us to provide our customers with even greater speed and efficiency in the production of fabricated rubber products.
The addition of a Pacer rotary die cutter to our fabrication process provides unmatched speed and efficiency. Equipped with three to six top-of-web anvil positions, the Pacer cutter is very adaptable. With large anvils, either fixed or removable, it can be used for zero-tension laminating projects, island placement projects, and other fabricating challenges.
The addition of the Pacer rotary die cutter broadens CRGI’s range of possible converting operations. In addition to producing cut parts at high speed, CRGI can execute high speed slitting, laminating, windup, and part printing operations directly on the equipment, eliminating the need for secondary operations. “The Pacer rotary die cutter will increase our manufacturing agility by allowing us to tab-cut, kiss-cut, kiss-slit, guillotine-cut, laminate, and print parts all on one piece of equipment,” says Canada Rubber Group Inc. (CRGI) president, Gord Sirrs. “With this equipment, we will be able to produce a variety of fabricated rubber products, including automotive and industrial parts, gaskets, insulation and isolation, foam, and stripping. This equipment acquisition is another step in allowing us to better serve our customers’ needs, both locally and globally.”
For over 25 years, CRGI has been providing a wide range of custom fabricated rubber products to customers in Canada and around the world. Using the finest materials, we fashion rubber products that are highly customized to each customer’s unique requirements. Fabricated rubber products and parts we can produce include: automotive and industrial rubber parts; gaskets and seals; stripping; and more.
